The Supercluster Council, as a judicial body, makes rulings on the Laws of |UGA| and its games. For the purposes of documentation, all rulings are recorded.

  • A game with 2 or more |UGA| members, regardless as to whether they are wearing tags, is considered a |UGA| game.
  • 2013-04-17 00:15 - H1Z1 initiated a Supercluster Council to force Push-to-Talk on all users on 2012-04-12. fishy seconded this motion. Fullmetal said that it is unfair to punish everyone for the actions of the few who have continuous transmission on. PatPeter's resolution was to change server group 11 (Regular/=(Anti-eGO)=) to Voice Detection, which will allow users to apply for a removal of forced Push-to-Talk.
