## All Constitutional Laws apply unless otherwise stated.
 
## As a member of the Universal Legends it is also your job to protect it, and help the leaders maintain it by notifying us. This includes all issues similar to and are, provocation, commotion, arguments, risen tensions, threats, etc... This rule also includes maintaining other things, like addressing situations in a reasonable/proper manner and then notifying us of the situation, general contributions that make the Sovereignty a stronger Social/Individual structure, or give feedback/suggestions to the Sov. Leaders.
 
## You are restricted from ragequitting a game. This is not covered under the no-raging clause of the Constitution, sadly, which has to do with your conduct towards others and not games.

## Don't ask why someone was killed. Ask "What happened?" instead. This can be misconstrued as baiting. It is also a reminder that you should choose grammar/words carefully in game because they can be misinterpreted easily.
 
## Proving Grounds games are always casual. This means no claim towards disadvantages in terms of competition are allowed <b>unless</b> a member puts to a vote whether the Proving Grounds game will be competitive <b>before</b> the game begins.
 
## Every Proving Grounds game permits one queue dodge per person. If someone is not able to queue dodge, someone may use it in place for/of them.
 
## The following champions are banned in Proving Grounds: Akali and Teemo. If someone makes a valid complaint about these champions being played in the team-select one member MUST Queue Dodge.
