Fullmetal said that it is unfair to punish everyone for the actions of the few who have continuous transmission on. PatPeter's resolution was to change server group 11 (Regular/=(Anti-eGO)=) to Voice Detection, which will allow users to apply for a removal of forced Push-to-Talk.
