Galactic States are the second tier of sovereignties in |UGA|.
TeamSpeak 3 Description

(IE: PSO2 to PSO2) This rule is global to the teamspeak and may result in the the channel in violation being terminated. (IE: Pso2 talk in Elsword Soverignty resulting in PSO2 Channel being Terminated.) [u][b]2)[/b][/u] If you are intruding on the room while the participants are in a game and they ask you to leave, do so. Refusal to do such will result in being kicked from the room. Do not intrude on channels and hijack the conversation without permission either. We've had problems with that before. [u][b]3)[/b][/u] Any user can be asked politely to leave the channels, if not obeyed, there will be a kick from the channels with a good reason being provided. [u][b]4)[/b][/u] All Requests for channels within the Galactic States must be approved by the Galactic Command Center. [u][b]5)[/b][/u] Each game granted a room will have a total time of [color=blue]1[/color] month to appeal to become a Semi-Permanant State on the forums: https://www.unigamia.com/forums/galactic-states.23/ [u][b]6)[/b][/u] [color=#CCB854] Golden Rule:[/color] Don't be a dick, It's your karma. [b][u]7)[/u][/b] [color=#736AFF]Idle-Timer Rule: You will be moved to the AFK channels if your Idle Timer exceeds [b]two[/b] Hours. If you are on Skype, or muted for some reason, please put it in your name. IE: Freiturnier[Skype] Or Freiturnier[Ventrillo] Or Freiturnier[Music][/color] [b][u]8)[/u][/b] [color=#30787e]Voice - Transmission Policy: Any users within the Sovereignty that are found to have continuous transmission, or are found to be in a state mimicing continuous transmission are eligible for removal from the States and or the Teamspeak, under constitutional the rule prohibiting spam. This policy also counts towards heavy backround noise.[/color] [b][u]9)[/u][/b] [COLOR=#2a7833]Moderation Policy: The "Channel Administrators" deal with drama within their game, however, if the drama is based around teamspeak, the Supercluster Council deals with it. Supercluster Commodores hold the right to revoke channel permissions within the states.[/COLOR]
