PenIsland

Pen Island is a structure located inside of First Spawn. It was created well after First Spawn had been abandoned for Second Spawn, if not Third Spawn (the timeline is unknown). Pen Island is a man-made sky island in the shape of a phallus and testes made of gold blocks.
